Grocery Shopping

  

    On this day, we didn’t go to the school since it was weekend. I woke up in the morning at 5 AM to perform prayer. After that, I tried to find out ideas for my teaching practice. Then, we had a brunch. There were various foods for the brunch, such as, spaghetti with sardine, cracker a.k.a kerupuk. rice, and chicken. The spaghetti was too much for six of us. We couldn’t finish it. Thus, we saved it for our dinner. My stomach was full due to the brunch. After eating, we took a rest for a while. We planned to do grocery shopping on this day. Thus, at 4 PM, we went to SM Mall manila to buy some essential needs. We bought many things, starting from drinks, snacks, seasonings, vegetables, frozen food, noodles, chips, and many more. When we wanted to pay, we were shocked that we ought to pay for 3000 peso. In Indonesian Rupiah, it was around almost one million rupiah. It was the most expensive grocery shopping that we did during our 12 days in Manila. Due to its expensive, we shared the bill together. After shopping, we decided to have our dinner at the mall. Hence, we went to McDonalds and ordered chicken plus rice for the dinner. After eating, we went back to our dorm to clean up and to take a rest because in the next day, we would like to go to school again for observation.
